Refund policy
Not happy with your purchase? Please let us know and we will make every effort to set things right with you – we want you to be a happy Vital20 customer.
If at all possible, we will try and replace your product and/or give you a refund, but you will understand that we cannot take back products that are half used up or in poor condition through use. Please note the following:

Products that are unused, unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging may be returned within 14 days after delivery.
- Please contact us within 14 days after delivery of the product/order to inform us that you wish to return the product/order.
- Make sure to include the order number in the email.
- You don’t need to tell us why you wish to return your purchase, but we’d appreciate it if you do, so that we can offer you the best assistance and optimize our products and service.

Products that are delivered to you in damaged, defective or decayed condition are covered by our guarantee and qualify for return and/or replacement.
The defect, apparent damage or problem must be reported to our customer service as soon as possible after delivery, but at any rate within 14 days.
- Make sure to clearly state the order number.
- We will make every effort to replace your product(s) as soon as possible.
- We will ask you to pay the return shipment costs yourself. We'll make shipping arrangements according to the situation.
Note: All sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
