Our brands are stocked at retailers such as Holland & Barrett, sold through specialized health stores, e-commerce players, and distributors across Europe. And we're growing fast.

Due to this growth, we are looking for an ambitious International Sales & Account Manager to help drive our European expansion.

This Is Not a Standard Sales Role

You take on responsibility from day one. You manage existing accounts, develop new client relationships, and help build out new markets and channels. You work directly with management and have plenty of room to independently create opportunities.

You work with clients and partners across Europe: from online health stores and e-commerce platforms to major retail chains like Holland & Barrett, specialized health stores, and distributors. You are the point of contact, the relationship builder, and the commercial engine behind that growth.

At a corporate, a starter often spends two years in a traineeship before seeing a client. With us, you have direct client contact, direct responsibility, and international exposure from day one. You work directly with founder Ben Nordemann, who has been active in health, retail, and international business development for over 25 years — a unique opportunity to learn the trade from someone who built it themselves.

What Will You Do?

  • Manage and further develop existing accounts across Europe
  • Acquire new clients: online health stores, retailers, distributors, and wholesalers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout Europe
  • Negotiate listing deals and promotions with retailers and e-commerce partners
  • Give presentations and introduce brands to new partners
  • Identify trends and opportunities in the European health food market
  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce on activations and campaigns
  • Represent our brands at trade shows and health events across Europe

  • Holland & Barrett and comparable retail chains
  • Specialized health stores and natural food retailers
  • Online health stores across Europe
  • E-commerce platforms and marketplace partners
  • Distributors and wholesalers

Who Are We Looking For?

We're not looking for years of experience. We're looking for someone who wants to learn, dares to take responsibility, and gets energized by building international brands.

  • HBO or university level of thinking and working
  • Starter or approximately 1–3 years of work experience, preferably in food, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce
  • Commercially driven and entrepreneurial
  • Independent and proactive
  • Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Affinity with health, nutrition, or an active lifestyle is a plus
  • Comfortable in a scale-up environment: things change fast, and you love that
  • Willing to travel regularly within Europe

  • English: required
  • Dutch: required
  • German: strong advantage

EUR 2,800 – EUR 3,450 gross per month (full-time)
